Who we are and what we do:
The Horder Centre is a registered charity, whose purpose is “the advancement of health and the relief of patients suffering from ill health”. The Centre achieves this aim by caring for and treating patients with painful and often debilitating arthritic, orthopaedic and related conditions.
The Horder Centre has developed into a vibrant hospital, establishing itself as a recognized leading elective orthopaedic centre in the South East, performing significant numbers of operations and treatments to the shoulder, hand, hip, knee and feet, including joint replacement surgery.
The Horder Centre aims to build on its reputation for consistently delivering high quality care, administered by highly regarded Consultants, an experienced team of clinical professionals and support staff, by demonstrating the positive impact it makes to the lives of its patients.
The ethos of delivering continuous quality improvement is at the heart of everything we do. We are also registered with the Charity Commission and Care Quality Commission.
